I just wanted to drop you a quick note of thanks in relation to your advice and selling of my property.  I have to say that after trying for a number of years with people who were clearly the wrong estate agents your advice was most helpful and produced an offer in very quick time.  The relief for me personally, to get the price I needed for my property was immense.
