Using A Low Cost Estate Agent Could Seriously Damage Your Wealth 

There are some things in life you should not compromise on:

Where you live

Your health

Holidays

Education

Good wine

I would also put ‘Choosing The Right Agent To Sell Your Property’ on that list.

There are a number of low cost, new start, online and fixed fee estate agents in every town advertising fixed fees of £500-£750 -  But with a little homework in your area you will ask yourself ...

‘Where are all their SOLD boards? ‘or even  ‘Where are all their FOR SALE boards?’

Because if being low cost was successful you would see evidence all around you by their board presence!!!

If all estate agents were the same then it would make sense using the cheapest one you could find .

But we are not all the same:

There are low cost estate agents

There are top selling estate agents

But have you ever seen one that is BOTH ???

What is the real cost of using a low cost estate agent ?

Here are 3 recent examples of what it could cost a seller:

Example 1

A terraced house is on the market with a low cost online agent and ourselves at £50,000.

The online agent received and recommended an offer of £43,000.

We sold it later that week for £50,000!!!

Example 2

A bungalow is on the market with a fixed fee agent at £165,000 and it has been reduced within 4 weeks to £150,000. This agent hasn't sold any properties at all yet the two top selling agents sell hundreds every year.

What would the bungalow sell for if advertised by a top selling agent??

Example 3

A bungalow was on the market with a low cost agent at £125,000 and sold for £80,000 - This agent sells less than 40 per year!!

Again, what price would a top selling agent achieve?

The seller will never know!!!

The two top selling agents have hundreds of properties for sale - We sell hundreds every year.

IT MAKES SENSE TO USE A TOP SELLING AGENT!!!

A low cost estate agent could end up costing a lot more than you think !!!!
