Do More Houses Sell In Summer ?

Well Spring has nearly sprung and Summer is fast approaching , mid Summer actually !

A fact that always makes me smile . If our Summer months are June , July and August

why is mid Summer not in the middle of July instead of June ?

No sooner do we get to Summer than we are coming out of it

But who am I to argue with the physics of the Solar system

Back to the main question...The simple answer is Yes , Summer is a great time to sell your property

We sell houses every month of the year but activity during the Summer months is about as good as it gets all year

I think it has something to do with our endorphins . We generally feel good when the sun is shining and we have more time on our hands to be positive

Our Top Tips To Make The Most Of Selling In The Summer

            1 Let The Sunshine

No one wants to buy a gloomy house

Throw back those curtains and declutter your window sills

Replace that failed double glazed unit you keep promising yourself

Clean your windows , make them sparkle

Let all that glorious natural light flood in

2 Looking Out Of My Window

So you have sorted the windows out , what are you looking at ?

Are your garden areas neat and tidy ?

Could the patios do a few more pots bringing a splash of colour

Nothing transforms a garden better than a recently mown lawn

            3 Summer Breeze

Blowing gently through your home and your buyers mind

Jasmine or Roses , whatever your favourite aromas are let them bring

               Summer indoors for you

Make sure your conservatory is cool enough to comfortably view

Just a few ideas to make the most of your viewings in Summer
