2020 Budget Announced

????The Chancellor Of The Exchequer, Savid Javid, has announced the 1st budget of this new decade will be on 11th March, but will there be any incentives for the property market
????In particular will this Government honour their commitment to reform the stamp duty thresholds. They have previously indicated an intention to completely remove stamp duty on any purchases below £500,000
????Boris Johnson, during his election campaign, is on record as saying this is an immediate priority so it is hoped he means this first budget statement
????He is also in favour of shifting the burden of paying stamp duty from the buyer to the seller
????Interesting times ahead ...let’s see what happens in March
